Terms and conditions (coaching)
- Fees for coaching are
£20 an hour, payable directly to
the coach in cash or by cheque. If a cheque is given a small surcharge
may apply.
- To secure a booking fees
need to be paid in advance.
- If a coach is required to
travel over 10 miles from their base
(currently Bishop Auckland in Co Durham) there will be a surcharge to
cover travelling expenses.
- Scheduled coaching sessions
will continue according to the
mutually agreed timetable set out in the coaching agreement.
This
will give the number of sessions, their dates and times, and the venue.
- Lessons cancelled with less
than 48 hours notice will be subject
to a cancellation fee of £10.
- The aim of the
coching sessions is to support clients
as develop their IT skills, it is not to do the work that that they are
expected to do for an employer or as part of a course.
- Lily the Pink strives to
provide the best possible service and
will work hard to help people develop their IT skills but to succeed
clients will need to play their part.
- Lily the Pink is not liable
for any direct, incidental,
consequenital indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising
out of using our coaching service. Lily the Pink is also not
liable for any errors or ommissions in the content of our materials.
You the client specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the
use of this tutoring service.
- All the materials created by Lily the Pink are copyright. You agree that you will not publish or distribute any portion of any materials without prior written permission from Lily the Pink.
