IT coaching

IT coaching is a one to one experience. This makes it easier for anyone who has ever found themselves in the following situations to develop the IT skills they need.

How we work?

The first stage is to draw up a coaching agreement.  This document starts by listing the things the learner would like to be able to do at the end of a series of coaching sessions.  It goes on to list the number of sessions that are expected to be needed to cover these things plus when and where they will be held.

The aim of the coaching is to help learners gain confidence and reach their full potential. It is normally a one to one service so the individual's needs are paramount . However, it is not possible to meet those needs unless the learner is honest and communicates them to the coach.

Client confidentiality is very important to Lily the Pink.  Details of past or present learners will not be passed onto any other party without their permission. There is a full list of terms and conditions here.

Who we work with?

Lily the Pink concentrates on helping adults to develop their skills including those with special needs (i.e. anyone over 16).  It may be appropriate for some people to arrange coaching sessions with a friend or partner.

What subjects do we cover?

The main focus is on using Microsoft products and certain open source products like Open Office.  Of course that does not exclude anyone using other software approaching Lily the Pink for a consultation.
